BALLET
Ballet classes are an excellent way to improve a student's posture, strength and co-ordination as well as building confidence, self-esteem and creativity. We use a lot of imagination and props to help children understand the feel of balletic movements.
MODERN
The ISTD modern syllabus focuses on developing strength, flexibility, co-ordination and the child's individual dance style. We use a lot of imagination and imagery to help students learn the steps and improve their performance skills.
